Flowers Everywhere

How are you? I think I'm still lacking motivation, inspiration and whatnot but I'm here anyway. :D

I'm sorry for being M.I.A for so long! I've been busy organizing my life (sounds cliched but actually it's not) and, surprisingly, everything looks much clearer now. There's only one school period left (and only one exam week, yes!) and I still don't really get it. This year went by so quickly! In a couple of weeks I'll be in Rome with  my class and I'm so excited! I'm also about to get my car driving license soon (next Wednesday I hope!). That, and the struggle of finding a summer job have been my number one stress makers lately. But now I also have a summer job and it happens to be something I really love to do! There's also a lot of other exciting things about to happen in Summer. Finally I feel like I can actually breath. I love the weather outside, especially all the flowers, and those were my inspiration to edit these mail pictures haha...

So, in the middle of all the other things in my super busy high school life (haha), I've also sent mail. Occasionally, people ask me why I send mail and isn't it boring blah blah and right now I could say I'm doing this because it's my number one stress reducer. Making others happy makes me happy. :) 

All these letters etc. below are quite old already and probably they've all traveled to their destinations by now so please don't mind. :D

These three went to Poland, China and Sri Lanka:

 

I loved making those envelopes! I used these Finns-are-so-weird stamps:

In her last letter she sent me a magnet so I wanted to send her a magnet aswell :)

And this yellow letter I sent to Emilia, my pretty much first actual Finnish penpal ever:

I just LOVE how beautiful the envelope is! And the matching stamps! ❤

  On the back it says "open immediately" which is pretty much what I did as soon as I received the letter :D

I was so awed when I opened the envelope, everything was just so pretty!

And I love how she'd put all the letter papers separately (or how should I call that? xD)! For example, in that picture below it says "here you can find 5 and 6" :)

The envelope looks quite bad in the picture.. But anyway, I tried a bit marbling with it and it didn't turn out the way I had hoped but I still like the result. :) I put one of those stamps on her letter too:

Lack of inspiration & two incoming letters

Hii!

At times I find it really hard to come up with something to write here. This is one of those times. 

The school day was normal. Busy, but normal. It's only been like two weeks since I came back from Russia and I'm already feeling the biggest urge to get abroad. So nothing's changed. :D 

Only thing that has changed is that I've received these two beauties and they made me super happy!

The letter with many stamps on (I mean, look at them. How pretty!) is from my new penpal Sara from Malaysia and the other is from Shine, China. :)

The stamps on Shine's letter are also really nice:

Me Being a Lazy Blogger xD - Incoming & Outgoing

I feel like I'm always late posting the mail I've got or sent so please forgive me! >_<

These are three incoming lovelies I received just a bit after the beginning of 2016:

A letter from Poland (picture below ^^), a letter from a new penpal from Sri Lanka (the envelope was kind of the letter at the same time so I didn't take any other pictures of it) and a flower themed chain card that came from China (mine's here) :)

Mail just a few days after Christmas

Heyy! I just came back home, I was in Stockholm with my godparents and my godmother's niece.

Here is some outgoing mail from the first few days after Christmas !

First, two flower themed chaincards (Instagram) I sent to Malaysia and Japan (my shadow looks so funny in this picture!):

Also I sent a letter to Shine, China:

First, a beautiful Christmas present from Daria, Germany:

 Unfortunately the paper had torn a bit in mail but no damage inside! I love the decorations!

She sent me a lot of pretty stationery, cool candy, a notebook, tapes, a keychain, a card.... Oh, and a thing I don't know the name of in English. A key housing perhaps? If someone knows how to call it, please tell me! :D

This pretty little one is from Chloe, Hong Kong:

...which turned out to be many cards put together as a letter! I love the idea! My friends are so creative :)

...three coins from Hong Kong! I love them!

Also there was another cool little pocket in the 'letter' with stickers from the Hong Kong Disneyland inside ^^

To Malaysia / Malesiaan!

Eka postaus suomeksi tälle vuodelle! Ihan parasta uutta vuotta kaikille! :)

Tämän kirjeen lähetin vähän aikaa sitten ihanalle De Wenleylle Malesiaan ^_^

Mä olen aiemminkin maininnut, että "naamioin" kirjeitä, joiden en ihan sataprosenttisenttisesti voi olettaa menevän suoraan vastaanottajalle.. Laitan oikean kirjekuoren päälle uuden kuoren, jonka olen tehnyt jostain ei-niin-kauniista paperista ja usein myös esimerkiksi laitan siihen nimilapun kiinni teipillä, enkä siististi liimaamalla. Toivon, että tän takia kirje ei näyttäisi liian kiinnostavalta ja tärkeältä. xD ..Ehkä turhaa, mutta tää on toiminut tähän asti. Kirjeiden hukkuminen loppui lähes kokonaan, kun aloin tekemään näin. :D Onko teillä jotain kokemuksia postinne hukkumisesta ja/tai miten yritätte estää sitä? Tällaisen postimerkin laitoin siihen "naamioituun" kirjekuoreen. Mä tykkään noista merkeistä, koska ne kiiltelee hiukan! :D

Mulla oli tänään ensimmäinen koulupäivä tänä vuonna. Olisin kyllä voinut olla lomalla pitempäänkin, mutta kouluun meno ei kuitenkaan tuntunut kovin pahalta. ^^ Onko teillä vielä lomaa? Tällä hetkellä mulla ei ole yhtäkään kirjettä odottamassa ja voin vain odottaa ja tarkastaa joka päivä postilaatikkoa mahdollisten kirjeiden tai muiden postien varalta. :D Ihan kaikkia kirjoittamiani kirjeitä en ole vielä postannut, postaan ne kun luulen niiden olevan vastaanotettu! :)

Lisäksi mä odotan suurehkoa tilausta (kirjesettejä tietenkin :D) nettikaupasta, jonka pitäisi saapua ihan lähipäivinä!

Yllättävä kirje + muuta! / A surprising letter + other stuff!

Hello I haven't posted anything in very long time and I'm so sorry! I've missed ya :') Last week I had an exam week and this week was the first week of the third period so I've been veeery busy. It's been almost hectic to be honest. :c But I'm back guys!! :D I have quite much mail to show you so let's get started with this post...

About a week ago I received some quite surprising mail... I had a Malaysian penpal about two (maybe even three) years ago. At one point, my letters never made it to Malaysia and we ended up sending postcards. About a year ago we weren't sending postcards anymore. I really don't know (or even remember) why it happened. :D At one point I didn't even remember was it my or her turn and it just.. Well, stopped. BUT a few days ago I received a LETTER from her and at first I didn't even realize who it was from. (?) When I found out that it was from my Malaysian penpal De Wenley I was so amazed and excited. I literally smiled hours after receiving that letter! I was so happy and glad because she hadn't forgotten me :)

And this one is a letter I sent to my Chinese penpal Shine. I can't help it but I think it's very cool how the eraser (?) I sent her matches with the writing paper! :'D The envelope is made by me ^^

Oh, and here's the letter I promised to show you in my 2nd last post! It's to Daria, Germany. The little bag which says 'Muumimamman voimajuoma' is a tea bag :)

Joululahjat ja postikortti / X-mas presents and a postcard

Mahtavaa Uutta vuotta 2013 kaikille!

 

Viimeinen posti, jonka sain ennen vuoden vaihtumista on kortti Malesiasta. Voitte vain kuvitella kuinka iloinen olin sen saatuani! :D Postikorttini oli sittenkin mennyt perille!!! Tämä kortti on minusta todella hyvä lopetus vuodelle 2013 postin kannalta. Tässä kuva kortista ja postimerkeistä:

 

 

Tämän vuoden (tai siis viime vuoden) joululahjani olivat myös ihan parhaita! Sain äidiltäni, parhaalta ystävältäni ja kummeiltani ihanan postimaisia lahjoja. :)

 

Ensimmäisenä näytän iiison lahjan, jonka sain äidiltäni. Hän oli tilannut minulle Postcard Gardenista paljon kaikkea kivaa: Läpinäkyviä tarroja, 3 kpl erilaisia kirjepapereita ja -kuoria, 2 rullaa Rilakkuma-koristeteippejä ja Hello Kitty -muistilappuja. Pyysin äidiltä lahjaa Postcard Gardenista ja näytin hänelle osan noista saamistani tavaroista ennen Joulua. En tiennyt mitä niistä saan, mutta sainkin enemmän kuin toivoin! :D Nyt minulla ainakin riittää paljon postikamaa täksi vuodeksi.

 

 

Parhaalta ystävältäni sain myöskin yllätyksekseni kirjekuoria. Hän oli taitellut ne itse! ^^

 

Tämä viimeinen lahja, jonka esittelen liittyy ainakin jotenkin postijuttuihin. Sain kummeiltani pienen kassin, jossa oli lahjoja ja kassin pohjalta löytyi tämä kirjekuori. Kirjekuoresta paljastui Pelastakaa Lapset Ry:n kortti, jossa kerrottiin, että Bangladeshiin on lahjoitettu minun nimissäni rahaa yhden lapsen koulunkäyntiin! Ilman lukutaitoa hän ei voisi ikinä kirjoittaa kirjettä, joten minusta lahja oli tosi ihana! <3
