Flowers Everywhere

Hey!

How are you? I think I'm still lacking motivation, inspiration and whatnot but I'm here anyway. :D

I'm sorry for being M.I.A for so long! I've been busy organizing my life (sounds cliched but actually it's not) and, surprisingly, everything looks much clearer now. There's only one school period left (and only one exam week, yes!) and I still don't really get it. This year went by so quickly! In a couple of weeks I'll be in Rome with  my class and I'm so excited! I'm also about to get my car driving license soon (next Wednesday I hope!). That, and the struggle of finding a summer job have been my number one stress makers lately. But now I also have a summer job and it happens to be something I really love to do! There's also a lot of other exciting things about to happen in Summer. Finally I feel like I can actually breath. I love the weather outside, especially all the flowers, and those were my inspiration to edit these mail pictures haha...

So, in the middle of all the other things in my super busy high school life (haha), I've also sent mail. Occasionally, people ask me why I send mail and isn't it boring blah blah and right now I could say I'm doing this because it's my number one stress reducer. Making others happy makes me happy. :)

All these letters etc. below are quite old already and probably they've all traveled to their destinations by now so please don't mind. :D

These three went to Poland, China and Sri Lanka:

I loved making those envelopes! I used these Finns-are-so-weird stamps:

This letter is to Shine, Chine:

This one is to Martyna, Poland:

And this one is to Suhanya, Sri Lanka:

In her last letter she sent me a magnet so I wanted to send her a magnet aswell :)

And this yellow letter I sent to Emilia, my pretty much first actual Finnish penpal ever:

Here's what was inside:

Oh, and the final chain card from the other flower themed chain, ready to be sent back to Malaysia:

Aaand, here's the reply I got from Emilia the first Finnish penpal of mine:

I just LOVE how beautiful the envelope is! And the matching stamps!

On the back it says "open immediately" which is pretty much what I did as soon as I received the letter :D

I was so awed when I opened the envelope, everything was just so pretty!

And I love how she'd put all the letter papers separately (or how should I call that? xD)! For example, in that picture below it says "here you can find 5 and 6" :)

And this letter I got from Daria, Germany:

I love how the envelope was filled with all those cute stickers, stationery and such!

And this letter I sent to Sara, Malaysia:

The envelope looks quite bad in the picture.. But anyway, I tried a bit marbling with it and it didn't turn out the way I had hoped but I still like the result. :) I put one of those stamps on her letter too:

That's all from now. Thanks for reading!  Let's see when you'll hear from me the next time :D

Two Incoming Mails

Hey!

Nowt that I've came back from the beautiful Saint Petersburg  (The city was truly amazing and the buildings were GORGEOUS, I need to get there again!) I can show you some mail I got before the trip! These two came on the same day:

The pretty letter above is from my new-ish penpal Suhanya from Sri Lanka. The magnet is the so cool!

And the card below is from Ukraine and you can probably tell it's a part of a chain card project, a flower themed one! :D

The card is pretty from both sides! :)

Thanks, ladies!

Chaincard Projects Almost Completed

Hey! For everyone who's been wondering how I look like when I get mail, here you go haha:

I was happy to find these three in my mail box yesterday after coming home from school:

They were all chain cards from the chain card projects I've been in! :)

This is my own card that I finally received!! It's flower themed and it traveled all the way from Finland to Japan, and then to Australia and Croatia from where it finally came back to Finland. I love how colorful and pretty the card turned out:

This card is from the same chain than the one I just got but mine was one step ahead :D It's also very colorful:

This one is from my very first chain card project ever. I've already got my own card back but this one is still on its way... I got it from USA:

And here are the two cards that are still continuing their travel:

I sent the cards back to the owners (to Rachel, Scotland & to Chihiro, Japan) which is a relief because both of the cards are pretty much ran out of space :D

The Letter that Traveled to Malaysia

Hey!

Now that this letter is safely reached its destination, I can post it here ↴

It's to Sara, Malaysia!
Sending letters to Malaysia hasn't been exactly my favourite thing to do because I've had so many bad experiences with that so I was (and still am) super happy to hear that everything went well! :)

And this one is another card of one of the flower themed chain card projects I'm in ↴
(I forgot to take a picture of it with the Finnish stamps I added :c)

Love you!

Incoming from Turkey, Sri Lanka, Germany, U.S.A...

Hii!

I just wanted to say that I'm really happy about receiving all the nice comments from you, you're the best! :) I think I'll keep on writing mostly in English because that's the language everyone will understand (I hope!), even though I'm not perfect at it and even though many of my readers are from Finland. :D

I already posted this following picture on Instagram earlier this week and now it's time to post it here with other and more detailed pictures!

A flower themed chain card ready to continue the journey:

A pretty letter with a tea bag from Sue, Sri Lanka:

A cute letter from Tabby, California:

A really nice swap from Gülin, Turkey:

(and also a letter from Daria.. I don't know what I was thinking when I took this picture because everything's so mixed up in here, sorry! >_<)

And here's the actual "letter" part of the letter I got from Daria, Germany:

Thank you!

I've already either sent or started writing a response to these! Can't wait to show you  what I've been crafting on :)

My First Chaincard's Home!

Hi! I hope you're having a great day!

Yesterday I posted this on Instagram (↓) with a hashtag "superlatepost" because it's honestly been quite a while since receiving it.. :D However, I'm talking about my very first chain card that started its journey in the middle of November and is now back home! I really like how the card turned out! It traveled all the way from Finland to Scotland, Hong Kong and U.S.A and then back to Finland. :)

And here's a card of another chain card project I'm in at the moment! ↓ The theme is "flowers" and I've now sent it to Japan :)

I've also sent and received a lot of mail, I'll talk about them soon! Love you!

Pretty Creativeness from USA and Other Things ♡

Heyaa!

How are you? I can't name any particular reason why, but today's been such an awful day. I hate to complain, especially online, but I just haven't liked this day at all. It hasn't liked me either, so I guess the feeling's mutual.

Anyway, let's talk about yesterday which was MUCH better! :D

Yesterday was a day of creative and happy mail. I received a letter that I'd been looking forward to and also sent a letter I put a lot of effort into! I'll talk more about the latter when I'm sure it's made it to Hong Kong so that I won't ruin the surprise :D

But the letter I can talk about is this:

It's from one of the penpals I've been writing with since I started this hobby, Jade!  I love the marbled envelope and the 'Happy Holidays' postal mark.

The letter was super cool with all the instructions and secrecy, I was maybe even a bit too excited when opening the letter xD However, the letter turned out to be an example of one of the most creative letters I've ever received! At least I've never seen anyone using this technique in letter writing (tell me if you have bc I'm interested haha). The letter was made like a waterfall card and I really like the idea! (Doyou know waterfall cards? If you don't, I suggest you to Google them. ^^)

I had a hard time trying to take a picture showing the letter but not really showing the letter xD Hopefully you'll still get the idea!

There was also one more sheet of paper because the cards weren't enough and a really cool marbled envelope inside Thanks!!

Also today I received this flower chaincard from Croatia and already added the stamps for it's new journey to Japan:

Me Being a Lazy Blogger xD - Incoming & Outgoing

Živjo! (that's hello in Slovenian, I guess that's the correct spelling :D)

I feel like I'm always late posting the mail I've got or sent so please forgive me! >_<

These are three incoming lovelies I received just a bit after the beginning of 2016:

A letter from Poland (picture below ^^), a letter from a new penpal from Sri Lanka (the envelope was kind of the letter at the same time so I didn't take any other pictures of it) and a flower themed chain card that came from China (mine's here) :)

Here's the cute letter from Martyna, Poland :

And now to the outgoing mail!

The chain card ready to travel to its next destination - Malaysia:

A letter to Martyna with a few pages about places you can see in Turku and an eraser (sorry about the awful lightning! :c):

And a letter to the new Sri Lankan penpal Suhanya ♡:

I hope you are all having a nice and relaxing weekend!
